At bbaked, our story is rooted in a personal journey that ignited a passion for gluten-free baking. Our founder, Melanie, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at age 12. Back then, finding safe and delicious gluten-free food was a challenge, especially for a young kid facing a lifetime dietary adjustment. 

Driven by her love for baking and a desire to bring joy to those navigating similar dietary restrictions, Melanie opened her very own bakery, dedicated to providing delicious gluten-free baked goods that don’t taste like it. Melanie runs a completely gluten-free kitchen, ensuring that all our baked goods meet the highest standards of gluten-free excellence.
